The Conference Dinner is held in a private function room at a restaurant near the conference venue, and offers conference participants an excellent chance to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed setting while getting to know each other and making new connections outside the main conference environment. The Conference Dinner consists of a multi-dish menu.

Japanese meals contain fish, seafood and shellfish even in sauces and broths. As such, we cannot cater to vegetarians, vegans or those with seafood allergies during the conference dinner. Your understanding is appreciated.
